X-Ray and Morphological Analysis of InAs-CrAs Eutectic Nanocomposite Systems

چکیده
InAs-CrAs systems are synthesized by the vertical Bridgman–Stockbarger method. XRD analysis and microstructural study of composites show that CrAs metallic inclusions uniformly distributed in InAs matrices. By investigating microstructure eutectic composite electron microscope, it has been established interfacial zone between semiconductor matrix is generated. In computations effective electrical thermal conductivity were taken into account role these zones.
